Custom Ethernet Cable Solutions — Built to Your Spec, Shipped Worldwide
OUKE Tech manufactures custom Ethernet cables built to your exact specifications — Cat5e through Cat8, shielded or unshielded, any length, any connector. Fluke-tested, ISO-certified. Request a quote in under 24 hours.
Every network has its own set of demands. Off-the-shelf cables work for the basics, but when your project calls for a specific length, a non-standard connector, a particular jacket rating, or performance that shelf stock can’t deliver — you need a cable that’s made for the job. OUKE Tech designs and manufactures custom Ethernet cables from the ground up. You tell us what you need. We build it, test it, and ship it.
What We Build — A Custom Ethernet Cable for Every Protocol and Environment
Our production floor handles the full Ethernet category spectrum. Each cable is cut, terminated, and tested to order — no pre-assembled stock pulled off a shelf and relabeled.
01
Cat5e Ethernet Cables
The workhorse of structured cabling. Supports Gigabit speeds up to 100 MHz. Ideal for office LANs, VoIP phones, IP cameras, and general-purpose networking. Available in UTP or STP, PVC or LSZH jackets.
02
Cat6 / Cat6a Ethernet Cables
Cat6 delivers 1 Gbps at 250 MHz across standard runs. Cat6a doubles that to 500 MHz and pushes 10 Gbps up to 100 meters. These are our most-requested categories — data centers, server rooms, and PoE-heavy deployments depend on them.
03
Cat7 Ethernet Cables
Fully shielded pairs with an overall braid. Rated to 600 MHz. Built for environments with high EMI: factory floors, medical imaging suites, broadcast studios. 10 Gbps across the full 100-meter span.
04
Cat8 Ethernet Cables
The fastest copper Ethernet standard currently available. 2000 MHz bandwidth, 25/40 Gbps throughput for short-reach data center interconnects (up to 30 meters). Shielded construction mandatory. When latency is measured in microseconds, this is the cable.
Specialty Configurations
- Right-angle RJ45 connectors — for tight rack spaces and behind-panel routing
- RJ45 to terminal block / pigtail — direct PCB or screw-terminal integration
- M12, M8, and circular connectors — industrial Ethernet for automation and robotics
- Panel-mount feedthrough couplers — bulkhead RJ45 passthrough with custom cable tails
- Dual-shield and foil-braid combinations — extreme EMI environments
- Outdoor-rated UV-resistant jackets — direct-burial and aerial runs
How We Work — The Custom Cable Process
1. You Define the Spec
Send us your requirements: category, length, connector type(s), jacket material, shielding preference, color, labeling. Got a drawing or CAD file? Even better.
2. We Quote Within 24 Hours
Every inquiry gets a detailed quote — unit pricing, MOQ, lead time, and shipping options. No hidden fees, no minimums that don’t make sense for your order size.
3. Pre-Production Sample (When You Need It)
For new designs or first-time orders, we’ll build and ship a sample batch. You approve the physical product before full production begins.
4. Production and QA
Every cable goes through continuity testing, wiremap verification, and — for high-performance categories — Fluke certification for NEXT, Return Loss, and insertion loss. We test. You get the report.
5. Packaging and Delivery
Custom labeling, individually bagged, bundled, or bulk-packed — your call. We ship DDP worldwide with full customs documentation.
Materials
Materials and Construction — What Goes Into Every Cable
Conductors: Solid or stranded bare copper. We don’t use copper-clad aluminum (CCA) unless you explicitly request it for cost-sensitive non-PoE applications.
- UTP — Unshielded Twisted Pair, standard for office environments
- FTP — Foiled Twisted Pair, aluminum foil wrap around each pair or all pairs
- S/FTP — Shielded + Foiled Twisted Pair, individual pair foil plus overall braid, maximum noise rejection
- PVC — general indoor use, good flexibility
- LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) — required for public buildings, transit, and enclosed spaces per IEC 61034 and EN 50267
- Plenum (CMP) — fire-rated for air-handling spaces, NEC Article 800 compliant
- PUR (Polyurethane) — high-flex, oil-resistant, ideal for robotics and drag-chain applications
- TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) — outdoor-rated, UV and weather resistant
Connector Brands We Stock: Amphenol, TE Connectivity, Molex, Hirose, JST, L-com, Stewart, Assmann — or your specified part number.
Industries We Serve
Discover the industries we serve with our custom wiring harness and cable assembly solutions, providing reliable, high-quality connectivity for every application.

LSZH jackets, ISO 13485-compatible documentation, and full traceability on every batch. Custom overmolded connectors for patient-monitoring and imaging systems.
Broadcast and AV
Shielded Cat7 and Cat8 for SDI-over-IP and Dante audio networks. Tactical fiber-copper hybrid assemblies for mobile production trucks.
EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, and EtherCAT cabling with M12 X-coded connectors. Oil-resistant PUR jackets for robotic work cells. Continuous-flex rated for cable track systems.
High-density 28AWG slim Cat6a patch cords for improved airflow. Color-coded bundles for A/B power path identification. Labeled at both ends for rapid troubleshooting.
Security and Surveillance
Outdoor-rated Cat5e/Cat6 with UV-stabilized jackets. Pre-terminated long runs with pulling eyes for conduit installation. PoE-ready for cameras, access control, and intercoms.
Central office cross-connect cables, custom-length trunk assemblies, and color-coded MPO/MTP breakout cables for fiber-to-copper transition points.
ISO 9001 Certified Manufacturing. Our production floor runs under documented quality management. Every process has a procedure. Every procedure has a record.
Real Copper, Real Testing. We use solid bare copper conductors unless otherwise specified. Every cable is continuity and wiremap tested. Cat6a and above receive full Fluke DSX certification with a digital report you can file.
No Forced Minimums. Need 10 prototypes for a lab test? Need 10,000 for a nationwide rollout? Same factory, same quality standard. We don’t turn away small runs.
DDP Shipping Worldwide. We handle freight, customs clearance, duties, and last-mile delivery. You receive the cables at your door with nothing else to worry about.
Engineering Support. Not sure which jacket material survives your operating temperature? Debating UTP vs. S/FTP for a factory floor with VFD drives? Our engineers answer technical questions before you place an order — not after.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the minimum order quantity?
No fixed minimum. Prototype orders of 10–50 units are routine. Volume pricing kicks in at 500+ units, but we’ll quote any quantity.
How long does production take?
Standard orders ship within 5–10 business days. Complex assemblies with custom overmolding or non-stock connectors may take 15–20 business days. Rush service available.
Do you provide test reports?
Yes. Every order includes a wiremap test report. Fluke DSX certification reports are standard on Cat6a and above, optional on lower categories.
Can you match an existing cable?
Send us a sample or a drawing and we’ll reverse-engineer it — connector, pinout, jacket, everything. We keep the design on file for reorders.
What cable standards do you follow?
TIA/EIA-568, ISO/IEC 11801, and EN 50173. Our testing procedures follow IEC 61935-1.
Do you offer private labeling?
Yes. Custom cable printing (meter markings, your part number, your logo), custom bag labels, and custom box artwork are all available.
